At Aperion Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound experience, which is why we offer a 30-day in-home audition period for all our high-fidelity speakers and accessories. If you are not thrilled with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within the specified trial window.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Guru support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the product back into its original factory packaging, including all inserts, cables, and manuals, to ensure the equipment is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
